PENANG STAGED LATE COMEBACK TO BEAT JDTII

​LIGA PERDANA: PENANG 2 - JDTII 1

Penang showed their true potential at the Bandaraya Stadium on Friday by beating JDTII 2-1. The Panthers did not give up after trying hard for 90 minutes after the visitors took an early lead.

Mohd Zaquan Adha gave JDTII the lead just two minutes after the kick-off. The home side fought hard through out the match to maintain their unbeaten record.

​They finally got an equalizer four minutes into the injury time through Alberto Concalves. Hilton Moreira found the net again for Penang just a minute later to give Penang a home win and extend their unbeaten run in the Premier League. The victory sent the Panthers to the top of the table.

Spain are crowned Euro 2024 winners after a pulsating 2-1 victory over England at Olympiastadion in Berlin. This marks an unprecedented fourth European championship for La Roja , and they were undoubtedly the best team in the tournament.
