RED WARRIORS WIN, GLADIATORS FALL AGAIN

MALAYSIA SUPER LEAGUE: ATM 0 - KELANTAN 2

Kelantan sent ATM deep into relegation zone after a 2-0 win at Selayang Stadium. The win moved the Red Warriors up to fourth in the standings thanks to goals by Badhri Radzi and Francis Doe.

Badhri Radzi could have made it 2-0 in the first 20 minutes but failed to find the net from two good chances. However, the Kelantan skipper rectified for his mistakes when he scored after receiving a pass from Wan Zaharulnizam Wan Zakaria, right before the break.

Marlon Alex James, who returned from injury for the Gladiators, had a goal ruled offside. The 2013 top scorer left the field late in the second half, due to an injury and ATM had to fight on with 10 men after making three substitutions.

The Red Warriors did not waste the advantage of having extra man on the field. Francis Forkey Doe found the net after receiving a return pass from Badhri six minutes from time.
