PDRM ENTER QUARTER FINAL WITH 100 PERCENT RECORD

MALAYSIA CUP: T-TEAM 1 - PDRM 2

Premier League champions PDRM are the first team to have qualified for the Malaysia Cup quarter-finals after defeating T-Team 2-1 in a Group D match at the Sultan Ismail Stadium in Kuala Terengganu. Thanks to an Ali Ashfaq double.
 
Ashfaq scored the winner four minutes from time with his tournament leading sixth goal to preserve The Cops 100 per cent record having given his side the lead with a 21st-minute penalty.
 
Jimmy Mulisa headed the home side level in the 51st minute but T-Team, who finished with 10 men following Faizal Muhammad's late sending off, retain a slim chance of qualifying. PDRM have the maximum 12 points for an unassailable lead at the top of the standings, with two more matches to play.

Spain are crowned Euro 2024 winners after a pulsating 2-1 victory over England at Olympiastadion in Berlin. This marks an unprecedented fourth European championship for La Roja , and they were undoubtedly the best team in the tournament.
