Irfan Bakti named Forkey Doe and Amri Yahyah in the first eleven.  Sime Darby was good in every area. Their midfielders were energetic, and defenders were rock solid. Karlo Primoric opened the scoring with a powerful shot from outside the penalty area.  And the Croatian got his second goal after 30 minutes. Both teams went into the break with Sime Darby leading 2-0. Second half started with Selangor increased the pressure on Sime Darby's defence. MAN UNITED, CHELSEA SETTLED WITH A DRAW

ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE: MANCHESTER UTD 1 - CHELSEA 1 It was an all-out performance by Wayne Rooney for Manchester United against Chelsea , the club he is rumoured to join. The game ended 0-0 but there is so much to talk about before and after the match. Rooney was named in the first eleven despite suggestions that he is not in ideal relationship with United's new manager David Moyes . The match titled as the Chosen One against the Special One (Moyes vs Mourinho) can only be remembered for a number of penalty appeals. But none of them were given by the referee and both team failed to score in normal play. Great defending from both teams had avoided real clear-cut chances. United midfielders were not creative enough to create real opportunities, while Chelsea started without a real recognised striker. With the result, Chelsea moved to the top of the table with 1 point more than Liverpool and Tottenham. Not enough  FOOTBALL ??? Click HERE !

B.Satiananthan 's men had more composure in a fair share of possession. Skipper Hairuddin Omar played attacking midfielder role to allow Marlon Alex James to continue pressuring Selangor defence. The tactical was fruitful as Hairuddin found the net in the 14th minutes after a penalty box scramble. The Red Giants responded with an equaliser in the 29th minute after Amri Yahyah slid a Solihin Kanasian cross through Farizal 's legs. However, the Gladiators added a second right before the break when Fitri Omar converted a pass from Marlon and Norazlan watched helplessly. NEGERI SEMBILAN FALLS IN SEREMBAN

MALAYSIA CUP: NEGERI SEMBILAN 3 - PAHANG 5   Negeri Sembilan started the match against Pahang in a very positive mood after winning over Terengganu in the opening match of the current Malaysia Cup campaign. Sivanesan tried to raise Negeri Sembilan's spirit by completing a hattrick in the 76th minute, but the team defenders were not up to his amazing form. It was so frustrating when Pahang added another goal in the 82nd minute through Amirulhadi Zainal to end any fighting spirit left within Negeri Sembilan.
