MALAYSIA SUPER LEAGUE: SELANGOR 0 - JDT 1
JDT dents Selangor's Super League title hopes with a narrow 1-0 win at the Shah Alam Stadium. The Red Giants, playing in front of 30,000 fans, went down to Argentine Luciano Figueroa's goal in the 70th minute.
Saturday night's defeat also saw Selangor's 11-match unbeaten run since Feb 14 come to an end. Ironically, their last defeat, came at the hands of JDT in the reverse fixture at the Larkin Stadium.
Selangor are still at the top of the standings with 34 points but their five-point lead has now been reduced to just two points. JDT are now second with 32 points.
